Online therapy for anxiety and OCD · Adults and teens in California.424-257-0966

Many of my clients feel caught in cycles they understand intellectually but still find hard to change.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and honest. I want therapy to feel like a place where you can talk openly, make sense of what’s happening, and practice responding in new ways. I draw from approaches including CBT, ERP, ACT, I-CBT, and DBT, tailoring our work to your needs rather than following a one-size-fits-all formula.

My own lived experience with anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, and addiction has also shaped how I understand the work of therapy. I know these struggles can affect how you see yourself and move through daily life. I don’t share that to make your experience about mine; I share it because I believe people deserve to be met with honesty, compassion, and respect—not judgment.

My approach as a therapist has also been shaped by experience working as a professional actress for over a decade, and working in medical settings and inpatient mental health and addiction treatment programs, as well as maintaining my own sobriety since 2016. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California.

I became a therapist because I wanted to help people make sense of what they’re going through and find ways forward that feel meaningful to them. I bring warmth, curiosity, and honesty to that work. I’ll listen closely, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck—whether you’re dealing with anxiety, OCD, panic attacks, relationship concerns, addiction, or a difficult life or career transition. Hopefully we can find some humor and joy along the way as well.

If you’re looking for a Los Angeles therapist who understands both the personal and professional pressures of creative work, I offer online therapy for adults and teens located in California.
