Do you accept insurance?
I'm a private-pay provider and can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement depends on your plan, so check your benefits directly with your insurer.
Do you offer online therapy?
Yes. I only offer online services at this time.
Where can clients be located?
California only at this time.
Do you work with actors and entertainment professionals?
Yes. Learn more about therapy for entertainment industry professionals.
Do I need to work in entertainment to see you?
No. I treat people from all walks of life and various career industries, including people looking for support with anxiety, OCD, relationship patterns, and addiction and recovery.
How frequently will we meet?
We usually meet once a week, and many clients work with me for several months; three to six months is a general estimate, not a fixed timeline. Therapy is goal-oriented, and we'll check in together about your progress, needs, and whether it makes sense to continue, change frequency, or wrap up.
What is your cancellation policy?
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
How do I get started?
To get started, visit my Contact page to reach out and request a consultation or your first session.
Do you work with high-profile clients or celebrities?
I welcome clients from all backgrounds, including people whose work puts them in the public eye. I offer everyone the same care, respect, and confidentiality, and I don't share client identities or confirm who I work with. Confidentiality has limited legal and safety-related exceptions, which we'll review before starting therapy. If you have specific privacy concerns about scheduling, communication, or telehealth, we can discuss them during a consultation.
